ShortList Recruitment are looking for a Technical Lead to join a well-established software management house based in Liverpool. This role comes with flexible hours and a remote working option.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for a small team that delivers software in an agile manner. The right candidate will be comfortable with people management.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining coding standards
• Conducting Technical reviews
• Daily Sprint, Scrum planning

Key Skills:

• OO PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery
• MVC frameworks, preferably Laravel/Symfony
• Knowledge of RESTful API principles
• Experience leading an Agile team.
• Microservice architecture
• Docker
• KAFKA/event driven architecture
• Unit testing/TDD
