About the Role:
- Lead and oversee multiple projects, including system updates and internal initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, including developers, QA, and design, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage risks to deliver on time and within budget.
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring smooth communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and reviews to assess project success and implement improvements.
What We?re Looking For:
- 4+ years of project management experience using recognised methodologies.
- Strong experience managing stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Familiarity with technical environments; exposure to PHP, MySQL, AWS, or similar is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to achieving project goals.
