Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications. You will lead development projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or 7+ years of professional experience.
- 10+ years of professional experience in Windows Desktop or ASP.NET (Core) application development, showcasing exceptional design, coding, testing, and debugging skills.
- Extensive experience with C#, Visual Studio, JavaScript, and relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL.
- Proven track record of leading development projects and teams, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
