Job Title: Development Specialist (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities - Develop and manage programs to support the organization?s development goals.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community members.
- Create and implement fundraising strategies, including events, campaigns, and other initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on development activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate development strategies into broader organizational goals.
- Manage budgets for development initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance development efforts.
Qualifications - Bachelor?s degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in development, fundraising, or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet fundraising goals and manage budgets.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in fundraising software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
