Here?s what you?ll be doing:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Web System Analyst to bridge the gap between business objectives and web development, ensuring the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-performing, scalable, and user-focused marketing websites.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to understand business objectives and translate them into comprehensive technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with developers to design technical solutions, including system integrations, API functionality, and third-party tools, while creating and maintaining detailed system architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and developers, resolving technical challenges, clarifying requirements, and ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met.
  • Work with QA analysts to create and execute detailed test plans, identify and resolve performance or functionality issues, and monitor post-launch updates to ensure long-term scalability and optimal performance.

Here?s what you?ll have:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, or similar role in a web development or marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms like Kentico or Adobe), API integrations, database management, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), SEO principles, responsive design, performance optimization, Agile methodologies, JIRA, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
