Credible is a revolutionary digital platform leveraging AI and behavioral neuroscience to enhance human connection at work. By analyzing user data from LinkedIn profiles, CVs, and self-reported information, Credible builds comprehensive user profiles encompassing skills, goals, values, and personality styles. These profiles are utilized to facilitate meaningful connections and opportunities for collaboration, learning, and team building. Credible is the human connection layer that sits on top of LinkedIn, to surface new opportunities and improve professional outcomes for individuals, organizations, recruiters and teams.

We are participating in an accelerator program (EWOR.io) with a ton of resources including angel investors, VCs, mentors and other founders. This accelerator invests in startups with a viable product and initial traction and we anticipate to be asking for their pre-seed investment within 4-6 months at a ?1.5 million valuation. We are targeting a move to a seed round with a ?10-20 million valuation within 6-12 further months.

Please note that for the first few months there is no salary for this role. You will be working initially on the MVP in exchange for a sizeable equity stake. This position is for 20% equity in the company, representing a large grant of equity for joining at this stage, where we already have validation and support from our accelerator. Your equity stake will be valued at ?300K at the point of funding, where we will also offer a salary, with a lot of upside in the future.

Front-end development: Design a scalable and reliable front-end architecture to support a compelling, elegant and minimal UX and maximizing integration with LLMs and user agents. React is a plus.

Back-end development expertise including Python.

Technical Leadership: manage the technical team as it grows through multiple pivots and challenges.

Integration with Large Language Models (LLMs): Implement algorithms to process and analyze user data from LinkedIn profiles, CVs, and self-reported information, utilizing existing open-source frameworks and taxonomies. Implement additional assessments to improve profile quality.

APIs and Integrations: Develop APIs and protocols for seamless integration with Chrome, LinkedIn, team-building tools, intranets, and recruiting tools, prioritizing authentication mechanisms and data exchange processes.

Work with accelerator to vision the product from a technical perspective, pivot as necessary and prioritize features that will drive value and attract investment.
