Job Description: On-demand PHP Developer (LAMP Stack and IoT Experience)

Candidate should be based in USA, Canada or Mexico

Overview: We seek a skilled and versatile PHP Developer with experience with user interface (UI) design, as well as Internet of Things (IoT) principles. This on-demand role (2 months on, 2 months off) is ideal for a professional looking to contribute expertise on a project-by-project basis while collaborating with a dynamic team focused on cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

PHP Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust PHP applications tailored to embedded software and UI requirements.
• Integrate backend services with front-end interfaces for seamless user experiences.

UI Development:

• Develop user-centric interfaces using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to implement intuitive and accessible UI designs.

Collaboration and Documentation:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, designers, and QA testers.
• Created and maintained technical documentation for developed software and systems.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in PHP with experience in frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Solid understanding of embedded software development, including integration with hardware.
• Strong experience in a LAMP stack.
• Proven ability to upgrade the PHP to newer versions.
• Experience with modern UI technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js).
• Familiarity with IAC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, focusing on PHP
• Proven track record of developing UI for embedded systems or similar applications.
• Experience in agile development environments and version control systems (e.g., Git).
