Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Web Developer at Third Element Marketing. The Web Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development tasks, programming, and web design on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

• Build, modify and maintain Shopify storefronts and Wordpress websites
• Optimize web pages for speed and accessibility compliance
• Keep up-to-date on web developments, Shopify releases, and trends

Qualifications:

• Back-End Web Development and Programming skills
• Front-End Development and Web Design skills
• Familiarity with with HTML, Javascript, CSS, Shopify Liquid, and other related languages
• Familiarity with Shopify's UI, must demonstrate the understanding of Shopify theme framework/schema, metafields, and Shopify Liquid
• Familiarity with Figma from a development standpoint. Must demonstrate the ability to convert figma designs to responsive HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with Wordpress and building/managing custom Wordpress themes
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
