We are seeking a talented PHP Developer to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the technical direction of a growing organisation while enhancing and expanding its online presence.
Main Aims:
? Lead the development and delivery of high-quality software for key digital services and products.
? Manage, mentor, and guide a team of developers to foster collaboration and professional growth.
? Work closely with product managers and technical architects to define requirements, set priorities, and achieve development goals. Skills &
Experience:
? Significant experience in software development and delivering scalable web applications.
? Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, React, and modern frameworks.
? Experience with MySQL/MariaDB, ElasticSearch, Docker, and third-party API integrations.
? Strong leadership skills, agile development knowledge, and a user-centered design approach.
