Position Summary

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic web applications that provide outstanding user experiences. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end development, paired with strong problem-solving abilities, will enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be involved in every stage of the development lifecycle, from initial concept to final deployment, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Design and create robust, scalable, and secure front-end and back-end components for web applications
Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to convert requirements into technical solutions
Develop and maintain APIs, databases, and server-side logic to facilitate application functionality
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows industry standards and best practices
Optimize applications to achieve maximum speed, performance, and scalability
Diagnose and resolve issues promptly to ensure a smooth user experience
Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with development standards
Keep current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to improve development processes
Create and implement testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer; Managing Online platforms involving E-Commerce, BigCommerce, Websites, etc. - Required

2-3 years of experience of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (i.e. React, Angular, or Vue.js) - Preferred
2-3 years of experience in back-end technologies, including Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP, or similar languages - Required
2+ years of experience with database management systems, both relational (i.e. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (i.e. MongoDB) - Preferred
2+ years of previous knowledge in deployment processes and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (i.e. AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) - Preferred
1-2 years of experience testing frameworks and tools (i.e. Jest, Cypress, Selenium), RESTful APIs and web services - Preferred
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - Preferred
Results-driven, meeting weekly KPI/Metrics, demonstrating a solid history of meeting deadlines
Ability to work cross functionally with other departments and managers on various tasks to achieve organizational goals
Consistently demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
