Now, we?re looking for passionate and talented individuals to join us on this transformative journey.About the RoleWe?re looking for a skilled Mid-Level to Senior Developer to join our dynamic tech team. You will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of Equito.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to improving and scaling our backend systems, currently based on Google Cloud + Firebase.
Help enhance our internal tools to streamline operations.
Support feature development and optimization for our mobile app (Flutter experience is a plus, not a must).
Work closely with the team to deliver robust, innovative solutions.

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js.
A solid understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud and Firebase.
Experience with API development and integration.
Knowledge of database systems, such as Firestore, SQL, or similar.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Nice to Have:

Experience with React and Next.js.
Prior experience developing and scaling internal tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Mobile development experience (Flutter or other frameworks).
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
Understanding of security best practices in software development.
Knowledge or experience with blockchain technologies and their application in fintech or tokenization.
