Role Description

This is a contracted remote role for a Developer at Partner Plug.

The Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to developing and maintaining the technology platform. This includes coding, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the platform's security and functionality.

Qualifications

• Creativity & passion for seeing ideas come to life
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby.
• Experience with web development and API integration
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Excellent & proactive problem-solving skills
• Experience with database management and scalability

Experience launching an app or service based website is strongly preferred

Understanding of/interest in marketing

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (students still pursuing degree are eligible and encouraged to apply)

• Letter of Recommendation from a teacher or a previous coworker/employer (not mandatory, but preferred)

Pay + Benefits

• Monthly retainer $1,000-$3,000 depending in experience
• Base equity guaranteed, with option to be paid in more equity
• Mutual option to exercise an equity increase up to 10% if hired full-time as CTO.
