Description
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP 8 and Symfony.
- Work with PostgreSQL (RDS) for efficient data management.
- Gain experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and ElastiCache (Redis).
- Collaborate on API development and system integrations.
- Work with MongoDB and Elasticsearch to enhance search and data storage.
- Learn and contribute to Golang-based microservices (if interested).
- Participate in Agile development processes.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in PHP development.
- Hands-on experience with Symfony (or strong PHP skills and willingness to learn Symfony).
- Basic knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and database design.
- Some familiarity with MongoDB and Elasticsearch is a plus.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Turkish.
- Residence in the United Kingdom.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Golang or an interest in learning it.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS, or WebSockets.
- Basic Linux/Unix system administration skills.
- Knowledge of security best practices, networking, and DNS.
