Role Overview

The CTO will be responsible for defining the company?s technology vision, leading engineering teams, and ensuring our technical infrastructure supports business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company?s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Oversee the development, security, and maintenance of software architecture and infrastructure.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with product, operations, and business teams to drive technical solutions.
Manage technology budgets and resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and cybersecurity best practices.
Represent the company in technical discussions, partnerships, and industry events.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software development, engineering leadership, or technical management.
Expertise in cloud infrastructure, software architecture, and cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of AI, ML, blockchain, or other emerging technologies is a plus.
Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and scalable platforms.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to mentor and grow engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
