The Opportunity
We are seeking a Junior GenAI Developer passionate about empowering individuals with chronic conditions and their families through next-generation digital health solutions. Join us to help patients lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
You will join Adhera Health, a rapidly growing US-based digital health company headquartered in Santa Cruz, California. You will collaborate closely with our European team based in Sevilla and Barcelona. You will be based in Spain, ideally in Sevilla.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team that includes clinical and technical researchers, developers, and healthcare professionals in the fast-growing digital health market.
Responsibilities
As a Junior GenAI Developer, you will contribute to task planning and problem-solving under the guidance of senior team members. Your role involves translating research and product ideas into software while following best practices in an agile environment. Additionally, you are expected to stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI to enhance your work and contribute to innovation.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor?s or master's in computer science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Python, comfort with Unix systems, knowledge of Git and basics on cloud development.
- Basic understanding or experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Bedrock, Llama, Gemini, Claude), familiarity with multi-agent systems, and basic containerization knowledge (Docker) is a plus!
- Familiar with Agile frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Key responsibilities include
- Creating and optimizing AI agents
- Fine-tuning language models
- Designing and refining prompts for improved performance
- Implementing and testing AI-driven features
