About the Role: We are seeking an Experienced Project Manager to take ownership of multi-market, global SaaS implementations. You will play a critical role in managing large-scale projects, ensuring alignment across teams, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: ? Partner with cross-functional enablement functions and leaders to ensure transparency and alignment at every project stage.

? Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and internal teams, including executives, to drive accountability and success.

? Develop realistic project plans, manage workstreams, and ensure accurate reporting.

? Identify and mitigate project risks, managing issues and change requests effectively.

? Lead high-performing teams, striving for excellence in project delivery and execution.

? Provide weekly project status and burn reports to relevant stakeholders.

? Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge to provide guidance internally and to customers.

What We?re Looking For: ? 7+ years of experience in SaaS delivery, deployment, or contact center operations.

? Experience managing global (multi-geo/multi-cultural) rollouts.

? Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

? Strong background in various deployment models (centralized, decentralized, hub-and-spoke).

? Expertise in identifying and resolving project issues, managing risks, and leading cross-functional teams.

? Ability to lead and motivate teams without direct supervision.

? Knowledge of software development life cycles and experience in technical configurations of SaaS solutions.

? Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.

? Experience in Contact Center technology (ACD/IVR, dialers, workforce management software) is highly desirable.

? CCaaS experience is a plus!
