Safal Partners is seeking a full-time Junior Web Specialist to internally support our team who are supporting organizations to improve education and workforce outcomes across the country. As a Web Specialist, you will serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, Cvent, Power BI, SharePoint, and Drupal, ensuring system configurations, user management, and customization are aligned with our business requirements. The ideal candidate for this position is creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to learn new processes and software. You will team up with cross-functional teams, to understand their needs and provide technology solutions that meet their goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, Cvent, Power BI, SharePoint, WordPress, and Drupal, overseeing system configurations, user management, and customization to align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to understand their needs and assist with technology solutions that meet their goals.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training to users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and conducting system updates as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for internal teams, promoting knowledge sharing and efficient system usage.
  • Understand and comply with 508 standards.
  • Manage listservs and support the technical requirements for a variety of web-based help desks.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Salesforce, Cvent, Power BI, Tableau, and Drupal, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in an IT environment.
  • Individual must hold (or obtain upon employment) a public trust certification.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Familiarity with Cvent event management platform, including event setup, registration management, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Drupal CMS, including module development, theming, and site administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to configure and customize CRM and CMS systems to meet business requirements.
  • Expertise in building dashboards in Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Azure hosting environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and advise clients on IT solutions.

Location: Remote, must be authorized to work in the United States.
