Scope Of Work And Description Of Tasks

• To provide support to the OSS organization for managing the IT SEC process to ensure IRS assets are returned, documented in IRS systems, and IRS services are disconnected for all separating IRS employees and contractors.
• Contractor shall be technically competent, experienced, and able to perform the requirements below to accomplish the defined tasks and provide the required deliverables.
• The contractor shall be able to work as a team and independently as needed.
• IRS staff will be available to work with the contractor to provide access to relevant data to facilitate timely completion of deliverables.
• Step by step instructions and training will be provided for the SEC process to include but not limited to the following systems and tools:
• Service Manager
• Asset Manager
• SharePoint
• MS Office
• HRConnect Manager/Proxy Guide

Shall Possess The Following Skills, Certifications, Proficiencies, And Experience Certification in one or more of the disciplines below:

• Comp TIA +
• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
• Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MSCA)
• 2 or 4-year degree in an IT related field of study
• 2 or more years? experience in IT work

Recognized experience in one or more of the following skills to demonstrate proficiency:

• Inventory management and cataloging of assets using Microsoft Office products
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT related field of work
• Clear oral and written communication skills
• Customer Service skills
