Join an Ambitious Mental Health Start-Up as our Chief Technology Officer!
Do you hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field? Have you proven experience as a CTO, CIO, or senior technology leader within healthcare, mental health, or a related sector? Do you have a strong knowledge of digital health technologies, telehealth solutions, and electronic health records (EHR) along with experience in cybersecurity, data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR, Cyber Essentials), and IT governance in a healthcare setting? If so this could be the role for you, as we are looking for a fractional/part-time CTO to lead our technology.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in AI, machine learning, or digital therapeutics for mental health.
- Experience of leading on technology in public and/or private health organisations, systems and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of digital health technologies, telehealth solutions, and electronic health records (EHR).
- Experience in cybersecurity, data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR, Cyber Essentials), and IT governance in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with client-centered design and user experience (UX) principles.
- A track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing innovative technology solutions would be useful.
- Experience in managing IT budgets and vendor negotiations and performance.
