Core Responsibilities
? Mission of the Role: The mission of this role is to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend infrastructure that powers our applications. We're looking for someone who is proactive, results-driven, and has a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
? Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using PHP and Laravel, ensuring clean and efficient code that aligns with best practices.
? Database Optimization: Optimize database queries and manage schema changes, working primarily with MySQL, to ensure high performance and reliability.
? Queue Management: Implement and manage Redis for efficient queue management and system performance.
?? API Development: Collaborate with frontend developers to design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs, enabling seamless communication between systems.
? Infrastructure Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the backend infrastructure.
? Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and code quality is maintained throughout development.
? Tech Trends: Stay up-to-date with emerging backend technologies and trends, suggesting improvements that can help scale and optimize systems.
Working Hours

Qualifications
?????? To thrive in this role, we are looking for someone who has:
? English: Advanced or professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
? Technical Skills:
- PHP & Laravel: 3+ years of experience in backend development using PHP and Laravel.
- Database Management: Strong experience with MySQL, including optimization and schema management.
- Redis: Hands-on experience with Redis for queue management.
- API Development: Proficient in building RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
- DevOps Collaboration: Familiarity with working alongside DevOps to manage infrastructure.
- Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks like PHPUnit.
- Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
? Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
? Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in backend development, particularly with PHP and Laravel.
? Soft Skills:
- Problem-Solving: Ability to design scalable systems and solve complex backend challenges.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team, particularly with frontend developers and product managers.
