Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - AI Recruitment Platform - Equity based - Remote

A rapidly growing startup revolutionising the recruitment space with an innovative AI-driven platform is seeking an experienced and visionary hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy and execution.

This is a unique opportunity to drive technological innovation, spearhead AI/ML integration, and build a world-class engineering team from the ground up. The CTO will play a pivotal role in scaling the platform, ensuring its security and infrastructure are robust, and aligning technology with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and oversee the technical vision, architecture, and execution of the AI-powered recruitment platform.
• Lead the engineering team, ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and optimised for performance.
• Spearhead AI and machine learning initiatives to enhance job-matching accuracy and candidate recommendations.
• Manage the technical infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of data sources and automation tools.
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to align technological development with strategic goals.
• Represent the company?s technical vision to investors and stakeholders, supporting fundraising efforts.
• Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar) within a high-growth AI or SaaS startup.
• Expertise in AI/ML technologies, data architecture, and scalable cloud-based applications.
• Experience with blockchain and tokenisation is desirable but not essential.
• A strong ability to lead technical teams, drive execution, and scale technology in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset balancing technological innovation with business priorities.
