Laravel Developer

We are looking for a Laravel Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in the Niles, IL area. If you are passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications and have strong expertise in Laravel, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions
Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across various environments
Implement and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party services
Stay up to date with best practices and emerging technologies in web development

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Laravel development
Strong understanding of PHP, Laravel framework, and MVC architecture
Proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, or React
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API authentication methods (JWT, OAuth)
Experience with version control systems like Git
Knowledge of server-side caching, performance tuning, and security best practices
Familiarity with deployment processes and cloud hosting services (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar)
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
