Robert Half is currently partnering with a well established company in the distribution and services industry. We are looking for a Frontend Developer, experienced working in a PHP environment, proficient Vue, TypeScript, and API's to focus on responsive ecommerce applications and websites. This position is Direct Hire, full time with full benefits and fully remote in the U.S. Preference for candidates to work on West Coast hours as we are predominantly located in the SouthWest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain responsive web applications using Vue.js and TypeScript.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into the frontend application.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex frontend issues to improve application stability.
- Follow best practices in frontend development, including unit testing, code reviews, and adhering to modern coding standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience working with Vue.js.
- Hands-on experience UI component libraries.
- Strong understanding of state management frameworks.
- Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs and understanding of asynchronous data handling.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processing tools like SASS/SCSS.
Other: PHP, Laravel, Git, CI/CD, Mobile Development a big plus as we have future initiatives in Mobile Development. Ie Capacitor, Kotlin, Cordova, experience would be of interest.
