Who We Are:
enterN is revolutionizing the early-career hiring process by eliminating bias-driven resume screening. Our platform connects job seekers and employers through a data-driven, unbiased hiring experience that focuses on cultural fit and skills rather than a traditional resume. We are building our MVP to be piloted at university job fairs in the Fall, and we?re looking for a talented Front-End Developer Intern to join our team this summer!
What You?ll Work On:- Build and improve the user-facing side of the enterN platform using React.js & Node.js
- Work closely with our development team to ensure a smooth user experience and responsive design
- Implement interactive components that enhance usability and engagement
- Assist in testing, debugging, and optimizing front-end code for performance
- Participate in our bi-weekly virtual brainstorming & planning sessions to collaborate with the team
What We?re Looking For:- Experience with React.js and Node.js
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
- Ability to collaborate remotely and contribute to an agile development environment
- A passion for startups, innovation, and disrupting outdated hiring methods
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
Internship Details:- ? Remote Position
- ? 4 - 10 hours per week (flexible schedule)
- ? Tech Stack: React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Firebase, AWS
- ? Collaboration Tools: Notion, Slack, GitHub
- ? Team Meetings: Virtual call every other weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
