Responsibilities Implement and configure Rubika CCM solutions.

Develop and personalize document composition.

Enable omnichannel delivery for optimized customer communications.

Automate workflows to streamline processes.

Enhance customer experience through tailored communication solutions.

Integrate Rubika solutions with enterprise systems.

Analyze and report on CCM performance metrics.

Troubleshoot and support Rubika implementations.

Primary Skills Experience with Rubika solutions, including implementation, configuration, and support.

Strong understanding of customer communication management (CCM) processes.

Document generation and workflow automation expertise.

Experience with template development and configuration within a CCM platform.

Secondary Skills (Good To Have) Familiarity with enterprise system integrations.

Experience with analytics and reporting tools.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience working with Rubika solutions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
