I?m looking to speak with visionary and experienced CTO leaders who thrive in high-growth environments.
My client is an exciting Fintech start-up. Since inception they have been at the forefront of innovation and problem solving within the payments space. Their platform is trusted by a fast-growing range of companies across the fintech spectrum.
Following the close of their Series A funding, this is an exciting time to join them as they focus on continued expansion.
What I?m looking for:
- Proven experience as a CTO or talented VP of Engineering in a high-growth startup or innovative tech environment
- Expertise in Payments would be preferable
- Deep knowledge of scalable architectures, cloud platforms and modern development frameworks.
- A builder?s mindset?willing to roll up your sleeves, iterate rapidly, and make pragmatic decisions to ship fast.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, capable of attracting and retaining world-class product and engineering talent.
