Future-Able is looking for a Social Media Graphic Designer, a full-time contract role, to work with:
Cistus Media - a recently launched e-commerce company that specializes in digital marketing and content-integrated online marketplaces. Founded by Emmy-Award winning television executive Candi Carter, the company is aiming to revolutionize how networks and content creators monetize their audiences.
The company's innovative model pairs networks with carefully curated brands, creating bespoke online marketplaces tailored to specific audience demographics with custom products, exclusive collaborations, and capsule collections.
The ideal candidate will join the marketing team and be responsible for creating visually compelling content across digital platforms, helping to transform the brand's digital presence through innovative and engaging visual storytelling. Looking for a creative thinker with a passion for design and digital marketing, capable of producing visuals that capture audience attention and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching graphics for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar for social media posts
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align visual content with promotional strategies
- Design original content including infographics, memes, GIFs, and other visual assets
- Monitor social media metrics and track performance of posts and campaigns
- Stay updated with current social media trends and design innovations
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual arts, or related field, preferred
- 2+ years of proven experience in graphic design and social media brand building
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of:
- Layout and graphic design principles
- Web design
- Photography and videography
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Technical Competencies:
- Design software expertise
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with social media platform-specific design requirements
- Video editing skills (preferred)
