Description

The Developer is responsible for building and maintaining automation related to healthcare operations/finance. The RPA Developer will work directly with the RPA Excellence Manager to transform business process requirements into high-performing automation with an emphasis on efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to capture all business requirements and then translate those requirements into technical designs and solutions
  • Utilize industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere to build and deploy efficient and scalable RPA solutions
  • Work as part of a developer bench, providing staffing augmentation or performing on a contract for clients
  • Design, develop, document, refine, test, and deploy automated processes based on PDDIncludes but is not limited to managing credentials, queuing, logging, information storage, exception management, and scheduling
  • Minimize automation downtime through monitoring automation and robust exception handling
  • Building new processes/objects or enhancing existing ones
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards
  • Support community content/goals/requests by leveraging automation expertise. Includes, but is not limited to:Developing / editing toolkits supporting various RPA scenarios
  • Sharing technical knowledge about RPA topics during webinars
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging RPA technologies and industry trends

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in RPA tools and automation platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify proper automation structure and troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Knowledge of automation infrastructure, configuration, and workflow-based logic
  • Executing ETL functions between operational systems
  • Strong written and oral communication skillsIncludes the ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
  • Certification in one or more RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer).
  • Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and terminology
  • Proficiency with other programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
  • Experience creating and using API?s
