Role Description</p>
***This Role is Equity Based (initially unsalaried)
CTO role for our brand Kreatoors.ai*** This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer at AILovesHR. The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for overseeing software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Software Development and Product Development skills
- Experience with AI Integrations
- Project Management skills
- IT Strategy and Architecture skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in developing and implementing technology strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in AI and automation technologies is a plus
