We are looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel to design, develop, and maintain our high-performance web applications. This fully remote role is ideal for a professional based in, or originally from, the LatAm region, familiar with the gambling/iGaming industry.

? What You?ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain PHP/Laravel web applications.
• Optimize performance and scalability of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement security best practices for gambling applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
• Deploy and manage applications in Linux environments.
• Implement and optimize caching strategies (Redis or similar).

? Mandatory Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional PHP development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Laravel framework (version 8+).
• Extensive experience with Linux environments.
• Proven experience in the gambling/iGaming industry.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with caching systems (Redis or similar).

? Preferred Qualifications:

• PostgreSQL database expertise.
• AWS cloud infrastructure experience.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with high-traffic applications.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• CI/CD pipeline implementation.
