As a Lead Developer at ScotiTech, you will play a key role in developing our next-generation digital health applications. This role is a unique opportunity to grow into the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position, leading our tech strategy and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain native applications.

Lead the development of AI-driven healthcare apps, integrating location-based matching and advanced AI algorithms.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces in line with Apple?s Human Interface Guidelines.
Integrate third-party APIs and web services to enhance app functionality, ensuring seamless communication between the app and external servers.
Conduct comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality and bug-free apps.
Manage the full App Store release process, from submission to maintenance.
Implement mobile security measures, including encryption and data protection protocols.
Maintain code quality through regular code reviews and performance optimization.
Automate testing, building, and deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Fastlane).
Collaborate using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and version control tools like Git and GitHub.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Engage in strategic planning and innovation discussions, contributing to ScotiTech?s tech vision.

Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Developer with native apps developed.

Experience with CI/CD tools (TestFlight, Jenkins, Azure Pipeline).
Strong understanding of Apple?s Human Interface Guidelines.
Demonstrated expertise in mobile device management and security protocols.
Familiarity with Figma, Sketch for prototyping and UI design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
