Title: Sr. PHP Full Stack Role
Duration: 4 Month Contract (strong potential of extension and conversion).
Location: Remote but need someone local to DFW (McKinney, Texas, 75072)
[This is a REMOTE position, but they'd like someone located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area so they can go in if needed for a team meeting.]
Top Skills' Details
- 9-10 years? experience writing high quality and maintainable PHP with MVC Framework Experience. Symfony would be a major plus
- 5-7 years? experience JavaScript (ES6+) with Proven understanding of Angular, React, or other leading JS front end technology? along with significant background in Bootstrap CSS, JQuery.
- 2-3 years? experience running, configuring apache server.
- Understanding of testing practices, experience with test-driven development frameworks for application and infrastructure code, Experience in integrating unit tests and smoke test with code quality analysis tools like JUnit, PHPUnit, Cypress and Selenium.
- Strong understanding of OOP fundamentals (Composition vs. Inheritance, SOLID principles, Design Patterns)
- 1-2 years? experience using Apache Server
- 4+ years RDBMS experience ? MSSQL preferred
- Significant experience with GIT Version control (Github, GitLab, Bit Bucket, GIT)

The client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer/PROBLEM SOLVER to enhance their enterprise applications suite. They create software that automates software for advertisements and sell them to communications companies such as Comcast, Charter, Cox Communications).
Their existing web technology suite relies heavily on PHP, components in Bootstrap and a growing number of custom integrations with other services and applications. They are seeking someone who can learn quickly to develop in the existing environment, implement incremental changes, and collaborate with the team to approach new architectural challenges, with a big-picture visualization of the entire platform.
