We are a provider of services and customizations in the field of Enterprise Content Management solutions (ECM) from d.velop, including in connection with the ERP system InforCOM. Our innovative technologies help companies to optimize their document processes, manage their data efficiently and facilitate collaboration. We are looking for a dedicated ECM Consultant to join our team and help support our customers in the successful implementation of our solutions.

• Advise clients on the planning, implementation and optimization of ECM solutions.
• Analyzing our customers' business requirements and developing tailor-made solutions.
• Conducting training courses and workshops for customers and internal teams
• Support with the installation, configuration and maintenance of ECM systems.
• Collaboration with our development team to make customer-specific adaptations
• Monitor and evaluate implementation projects to ensure they meet customer requirements
• You have a degree in (business) computer science or have completed training as an IT specialist or have gained comparable practical experience.
• Basic knowledge of document management and enterprise content management is an advantage but not a must.
• Interest in new technologies and willingness to familiarize yourself with new software solutions
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (if required).
