At Neural Voice, we're making conversations with technology feel more human ? one voice interaction at a time.

We build AI-powered voice solutions that help businesses talk to their customers in natural, engaging ways. Think Pixar-style personalities meets powerful automation. It?s conversational AI that?s actually fun to talk to.

Now we?re looking for a Junior Developer to help us level up our tech stack. You?ll be right in the thick of it, optimising processes, refactoring code, and helping shape the core of what we build. If you're someone who loves solving problems, playing with new tech, and being part of a close-knit team doing big things ? we want to hear from you.

What you?ll be doing:- Optimising and improving our internal processes

• Refactoring and maintaining existing codebases
• Redeveloping endpoints and backend functions
• Writing and implementing testing procedures
• Working with cloud platforms (we're a fully cloud-native setup)
• Taking part in collaborative code reviews
• Occasionally jumping into front-end work (React experience is a nice bonus!)

About you:- You?re based in the UK (we can?t sponsor visas, sorry!)

• You?ve either just finished university with a strong drive to build real-world products, or you?ve got 1?2 years of experience and want to try something new
• You?re excited about AI and what it can do
• You like the idea of working in a proper startup ? high risk, high reward, lots of autonomy, and a real chance to shape something from the ground up
• You?re comfortable learning as you go and rolling up your sleeves to get stuck in

What you?ll get:- £25,000?£30,000 salary, depending on experience
