Strouse Digital is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in high-performance websites for service-based businesses. As we continue to expand, we?re looking to hire a skilled Web Developer to join our team and support the increasing demand for new client projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in clean, efficient code and has a strong understanding of modern web standards. You'll work directly with our design and project management teams to develop responsive, fast-loading websites that align with our clients? goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom WordPress websites using Elementor and other page builders
• Translate design files into functional, responsive web pages
• Maintain and update existing websites, fixing bugs and improving performance
• Ensure websites are optimized for mobile, speed, and SEO best practices
• Collaborate with our internal team to meet deadlines and deliver quality work
• Manage multiple projects and adapt to feedback and changes quickly

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional web development experience
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with WordPress is required (Elementor is preferred)
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Basic understanding of on-page SEO and website performance optimization
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to clean, maintainable code
• Comfortable working independently and managing project timelines

Nice to Have:

• Experience with custom WordPress themes or plugins
• Knowledge of Webflow, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
• Familiarity with GitHub or version control tools
• Understanding of accessibility best practices
