Since our founding in 2017, we?ve rapidly grown into a global leader, expanding our robust portfolio to include industry-defining brands such as cPanel & WHM, Plesk, WHMCS, SolusVM, NIXStats, XOVI, SocialBee, and Sitejet. Today, we power 85 million+ websites across 900,000+ servers worldwide, backed by a 600+ strong team of dedicated professionals spanning multiple continents. At WebPros, we embrace a fully remote, borderless workplace with a focus on flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. Whether you prefer working from a bustling city hub or a quiet home office, we enable our teams to thrive from anywhere while staying deeply connected through our strong collaborative culture.
Your Role
Hi, I?m Aleksey Filatev, Senior Manager of Software Development at WebPros, and your hiring manager. I joined the Plesk team back in 2010, well before it became part of the WebPros family. Over the past 15 years, I?ve had the opportunity to grow with the product and the company, evolving through our acquisition journey and leading multiple development streams across our WordPress ecosystem.
We are developing WP Toolkit, a feature-rich solution for managing sites built with WordPress that allows users to handle complex tasks with ease. Our product is sold in 140 countries around the globe.
We?re now looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to join our remote team and help us build, scale, and refine WordPress-focused products used by millions of users worldwide. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You?ll be working across our three core product streams: WP Toolkit, WP Guardian, and WP Squared. Each one presents its own engineering challenges, from deep hosting integrations and server orchestration to building scalable SaaS platforms.
Our codebase is large, with a good amount of legacy code, and much of the automation infrastructure is complex and fragile. We maintain very high quality standards. Code reviews are rigorous and require a willingness to improve through feedback. You?ll need a good balance of pragmatism and attention to detail to succeed here. Deliveries happen roughly once a month, with development operating under a Kanban system and regular rituals for retros, grooming, and syncs.
You?ll work alongside 12 other developers, 5 QA engineers, and 3 product managers across our three product streams. This team is fully remote and distributed across time zones, so clear communication, async collaboration, and initiative are key. You?ll contribute to product ideation, participate in technical planning, review architecture, and write robust code that drives business impact.
This is an opportunity to help shape the technical direction of products that power over 85 million websites on more than 900,000 servers globally. If you enjoy solving tough problems, maintaining high engineering standards, and contributing to tools that make developers? lives better, we?d love to hear from you.
