The Opportunity:

As the Founding Developer at Networkli, you?ll be instrumental in building our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) alongside our Data Architect, with the subsequent goal of scaling it into a robust, high-impact platform. This fully remote, equity-based role offers significant ownership in the company, with a competitive salary to be established upon funding. If you?re a skilled developer eager to create and grow a solution that redefines connection, we want you on our team.

What You?ll Do:

• Partner with our Data Architect to design, develop, and launch the MVP, seamlessly integrating our patent-pending algorithm.
• Build high-quality, introvert-friendly web and mobile applications for the MVP with an intuitive user experience.
• Implement AI-driven features to enhance personalization and functionality within the initial product.
• Post-MVP, architect and develop a scalable platform capable of supporting growth and increased user demand.
• Ensure applications are responsive, performant, and optimized across devices and platforms.
• Troubleshoot, iterate, and contribute ideas to refine the product from MVP through to a scalable solution.

What We?re Looking For:

• Expertise: Exceptional skills in web app development (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js), mobile app development (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, Flutter), and AI-based coding (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, or similar).
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with our Data Architect to deliver the MVP and beyond.
• Scalability Mindset: Experience or enthusiasm for building systems that can grow seamlessly post-MVP.
• Drive: A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for solving problems in a startup environment.
• Mission Fit: Excitement for creating a platform that helps introverts connect meaningfully.
• Bonus: Knowledge of algorithms or proprietary systems is a plus, though our core algorithm is already developed.
• Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, early-stage, fully remote setting.
• Previous Work: A strong portfolio showcasing your past projects in web, mobile, or AI development?we want to see what you?ve built!

Your Goals:

• Work with our Data Architect to complete the Networkli MVP, bringing our patent-pending algorithm to life in a functional, user-ready platform.
• Following the MVP, lead the development of a scalable solution that supports Networkli?s growth and long-term vision of meaningful connections for introverts.
