Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master?s degree preferred.
Proven experience (8+ years) in technology leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving innovation and managing engineering teams.
Deep understanding of software development processes, AI technologies, and modern software architectures (e.g., microservices, cloud computing).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
