Our client is at a pivotal moment in their growth journey. With increasing demand from cutting-edge AI companies, they are building a next-generation data platform designed to serve highly regulated and data-intensive industries.
They are now looking to appoint a game-changing Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to take ownership of building the platform and the team from the ground up. This is an opportunity to shape the future of AI infrastructure at a strategic level, backed by real market need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the development of a scalable, secure, and AI-ready data platform.
- Build and lead a world-class engineering and data team.
- Drive technical vision, product roadmap, and AI integration strategies.
- Collaborate with industry partners across regulated sectors to understand needs and deliver enterprise-ready solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve with emerging AI trends and ensure early adoption of transformative technologies.
What We?re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, or Tech Founder with a strong AI/ML background.
- Track record building platforms or infrastructure within data-driven businesses ? ideally in regulated sectors such as Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Cybersecurity.
- Deep knowledge of modern data architecture, cloud platforms, and scalable microservices.
- Hands-on understanding of AI/ML technologies and how to apply them in real-world, high-impact settings.
- Experience scaling technical teams and creating a high-performance culture from scratch.
- Previous experience in startup or scale-up environments.
- Familiarity with compliance and data governance in regulated industries.
- Strong network in the AI ecosystem or experience collaborating with top-tier AI vendors.
Location: Our client has offices throughout the US so is flexible on location.
