Position Overview:
As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our marketing strategy across multiple locations. This role will focus on enhancing our brand presence, increasing customer loyalty, and optimizing digital and traditional marketing channels. You?ll work closely with the executive team to ensure that our brand voice remains consistent and compelling as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the brand?s mission, values, and growth objectives.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and creative direction across all marketing channels, including in-store, digital, and media.
- Lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid advertising) to drive traffic and increase customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to promote new menu items, limited-time offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Enhance customer loyalty and retention through personalized campaigns, rewards programs, and engagement strategies.
- Analyse marketing performance data and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and overall ROI.
- Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship, support, and development opportunities to ensure the success of campaigns and projects.
- Work with external agencies for creative support, media buying, and event activation, ensuring all materials reflect the brand's high standards.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 7?10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in the restaurant, foodservice, or hospitality industry.
- Strong experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, content management systems, etc.).
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and loyalty.
- Creative thinker with a deep understanding of restaurant trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the restaurant industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
