Job Description:
The CEO will manage the establishment of a new entity in the US and oversee all tasks related to real estate or construction services, ensuring regulatory compliance with the relevant US authorities. Additionally, the CEO will oversee daily operational transactions, design and implement strategies to increase the branch's profitability and expand the client portfolio while providing high-quality service. This position reports directly to the Chairman of the Board.
My client has operations throughout Asia and Europe and is looking to grow the business significantly in the US.
They are open to relocating the right candidate.
Salary Range:
$800,000-1,200,000 Base Salary, with significant bonus potential.
Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee the establishment of a new entity in the US, including but not limited to legal and regulatory compliance, office setup, hiring of staff, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement the entity strategy and monitor progress against target plans.
- Maintain constructive relationships with existing clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services to effectively manage employee performance.
- Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company to strengthen its profile.
- Build an effective leadership team by providing guidance and coaching to subordinate managers.
- Ensure the company?s daily activities and long-term plans adhere to established policies and legal guidelines.
- Forge and maintain relationships of trust with shareholders, partners, and external authorities.
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
- Liaise with sales managers to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are upheld.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor?s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Previous experience of 15+ years in the real estate or construction industry or a related field.
- Extensive experience and a strong understanding of real estate or construction services, both local and international, in the US.
- Expertise in dealing with regulatory authorities, particularly those relevant to the real estate and construction sectors in the US.
- Experience in establishing new entities in the real estate industry.
