MISSION You will be in charge of the PV projects assigned to you, from Greenfield to Ready to Build, interacting with the necessary administrations and agencies to obtain all the necessary licenses, permits and authorizations.
Responsibilities - Management and contact with all entities and Public Administrations for obtaining all permits until the project reaches "Ready to Build" status.
- Management and negotiation of agreements with land owners.
- Contracting and management of bids with external engineering and environmental consultancies and definition of the scope and deadline for delivery of the documentation.
- Coordination with the legal, technical and administrative departments.
- Management and negotiation of co-development agreements and project follow-up.
- Support in the "Due Diligence" phase of acquisition operations.
Job Requirements - Junior Professional with at least 2 years of experience in the processing and development of PV projects from Greenfield to Ready to Build in Spain.
- MS Office. Autocad will be a plus.
- Willingness to travel, both to visit construction sites and to visit Public Administrations and Agencies during the development of assigned projects.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Soft Skills: A structured, problem-solving and agreement-oriented person. Proactive and self-learning attitude. Ability to work in a team and on your own. Good communication and negotiation skills. Analytical skills.
