BLPaczka (eng. BLParcel) operates as a logistic integrator dedicated to Baselinker's users. We specialize in delivering e-commerce based parcels, different sizes, domestically and abroad. We co-operate only with trustful partners thus we guarantee a high quality of logistics services. Thanks to a simple integration (via BaseLinker's plugin) sending parcels is convenient, reliable and inexpensive.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic manager who will start BLPaczka's operation on Romania market.

Requirements (in order of priorities)

Constant markets analysis, both logistic and e-commerce (volumes, key players, prices, marketing trends, tech-topics, etc.)
Negotiating and finalizing contracts with DE based couriers' companies (a hand from Poland will be provided)
Practical overview on adapting BLParcel? s software to DE clients (full job to be done on PL side)
Finding and exploring sales opportunities (within BaseLinker community and beyond that)
Simultaneously and consequently building the team (following the scale of the business)

Duties - High selling skills and attitude/no high level of technical knowledge is required
