Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Online Assistant to support our Airbnb operations. You will act as the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, booking requests, and general support across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via Airbnb chat, email, and other messaging platforms

  • Manage booking requests, calendar availability, and reservation changes
  • Provide accurate information about listings, amenities, house rules, and local recommendations
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally before and during their stay
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
  • Update and maintain listing details, pricing, and availability
  • Report any issues to management and assist with basic administrative tasks

Requirements:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [Language, e.g., English; German is a plus]

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or Airbnb management is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple chats/emails efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the Airbnb platform and mobile app
  • Access to a computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Preferred Qualifications:- Experience using tools like Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, or property management software

  • Multilingual communication skills
  • Knowledge of Airbnb policies and guest communication best practices
