Jack is helping a fast-growing brand find a talented Digital Designer to join their team in NYC.
This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer with 3?4 years of experience and a strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate brings a positive, collaborative spirit and thrives in both independent and team settings. They?re comfortable juggling multiple projects, presenting work clearly, and adapting to fast-moving priorities without compromising quality.
What You?ll Do- Work closely with the Art Director and Creative Director, offering daily creative support
- Participate in review meetings to share progress and gather feedback
- Interpret briefs and work cross-functionally to generate engaging design concepts
- Design visual assets across web, email, social media, and digital advertising
- Contribute to design decks and support new creative ideation
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Create presentation materials and pitch decks as needed
- Stay ahead of digital design trends, especially within the wellness space
What We?re Looking For- 3+ years of digital design experience in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong layout, typography, and motion design skills
- Experience designing for web, email, paid ads, and print
- Ability to build 360° design decks and communicate ideas effectively
- A humble, team-first attitude with a high bar for visual quality
- Must be based in NYC or able to commute to the office Tues?Thurs
