Vice President of Marketing And Business Development

We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing & Implementation to join our team! We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing & Implementation to oversee our Marketing & business implementation department. Focus on keeping the business departments aligned with company goals? you will design? implement and monitor marketing & implementation strategies to ensure effective implementation. The ideal candidate is experienced? with proven end-to-end marketing including digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns. A successful candidate is highly professional? driven? and should play a significant role in the strategic marketing, planning, and business implementation within our company. You will report to the President? and you will oversee internal marketing activities.

What You?ll Do:

Marketing

• Increase brand awareness through development and implementation of a cohesive marketing plan.
• Track activities of competitors in the field.
• Monitor? scrutinize? and improve marketing campaigns as needed.
• Oversee and set goals for internal teams? both long and short term.
• Use creative PR strategies to build relationships with stakeholders and media.
• Allocate funds for marketing department as a priority.
• Analyze hiring needs and markets in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conceptualize? guide? and support marketing events.
• Provide CEO with marketing metrics.

Implementation

• Ensure the business internal implementation is effective, organized, and hits the target with the sales and operations teams.
• Requires department implementation to meet and adhere to approved budget requirements.
• Implementation shall maximize internal CRM and System tools.
• Follow-up on communications and deployments to ensure effective implementation with both the Sales and Ops. staff.
• Support the business technology, communications, and internal policies and procedures to maximize implementation effectiveness.

What We?re Looking For:

• Proven work in a senior role such as Marketing Director? VP of Marketing? or similar.
• Experience in the design and implementation of successful marketing campaign(s)
• Knowledge and proficiency in Google AdWords? SEO? and web analytics
• Excellent leadership? communication? analytical? and project management skills
• Great decision-making skills and the ability to make difficult decisions
• BSc degree in relevant field such as Marketing or Communications
• Knowledge of lending loan processes, required loan documentation, closing, and reporting requirements.
• Understanding of lending computer software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills.
• Excellent people & customer service skills
• Open to learning new technology systems and a paperless environment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment; and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Must take initiative and focus on achievement of position & company objectives.
• May work remote or in local office.
