About The Role Milliman is seeking a conceptual, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its in-house Brand and Creative team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong design portfolio who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Graphic Designer at Milliman, you will work across multiple business lines to craft compelling visuals that bring complex ideas to life across digital and print formats.

You will contribute to projects such as marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, interactive content, and more. You?ll help steward the company?s visual identity while expanding your creative and strategic thinking. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer looking to grow their skill set and take on meaningful, impactful work.

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $55,000 ? $109,000 (depending on experience, qualifications, and location)

Responsibilities - Design and produce a wide range of visual materials, including brochures, presentations, conference booths, ads, social content, and email campaigns

  • Create brand-aligned visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Support brand stewardship by maintaining design systems and template libraries
  • Participate in brand evolution, campaigns, and creative ideation sessions
  • Contribute to motion graphics, video editing, and interactive content as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing, business stakeholders, and other creatives to meet project goals
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality expectations
  • Educate non-design colleagues on brand guidelines and visual best practices

Qualifications - Bachelor?s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an agency or in-house environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, and conceptual thinking
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Figma
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint, Word, and branded template creation
  • Understanding of visual hierarchy, accessibility, and multi-format design
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Experience with data visualization and print production is a plus
  • Passion for evolving design trends and new creative tools
