About the Role - One of our companies is currently looking for a Learning & Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful learning programs that drive growth and development across all levels of the organization. You will focus on key areas such as onboarding excellence, education certification programs, hospitality training, and leadership development. Your work will help build a culture of continuous learning while ensuring that learning initiatives align with company goals. This is a temporary position for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities -

  • Develop and execute learning strategies in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Create and deliver scalable training programs in multiple formats, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning
  • Continuously improve onboarding programs to accelerate productivity and integration for new hires
  • Design and manage certification programs to ensure educators are equipped with the necessary skills
  • Lead leadership development initiatives that drive behavioral change and strengthen leadership capabilities across the company
  • Leverage AI and digital learning tools to streamline processes and personalize learning experiences
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and iterate based on feedback and data

Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience designing and launching L&D programs, particularly in high-growth, global, and remote-first environments

Required Skills -

  • Strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation
  • Expertise in creating programs for hybrid companies and a deep understanding of learning technologies and tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence teams at all levels
  • A data-driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of programs and making improvements
