Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000-$230,000 plus equity. Our comprehensive benefits include healthcare coverage and retirement plans.

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our remote team. You'll play a key role in designing and building innovative features across our entire technology stack.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the CTO and engineering team to design and architect new features and products
Develop and maintain our back-end applications using modern frameworks
Improve and scale our real-time, location-based systems and machine learning dispatch systems
Work across the stack, including building and integrating APIs, improving scalability, and ensuring performance
Write clean, maintainable code, and review and enforce best practices in system design and coding standards
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical direction

Preferred Experience:

5-8 years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in full-stack development
Expertise in building highly dynamic web applications in an agile environment
Proven experience with RESTful APIs and real-time, location-based systems
Solid understanding of both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis) databases
Hands-on experience with telephony apps (e.g., Twilio) is a plus
Experience with scalability and performance management of large-scale systems
Proficiency with tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and project management tools
Strong communication skills and ability to lead and mentor other engineers
