Description

Location: 100% remote (Applicants must reside in AL, AZ, GA, ID, NC, TX, UT, or WA. If you do not live in one of these states, we cannot consider you for hire.)

Pay Range: $19.27 - $22.93/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM Pacific Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high call volumes and communicate professionally with patients, provider offices, and insurance companies.
  • Schedule and pre-register outpatient procedures.
  • Obtain and verify insurance, demographic, and clinical information.
  • Follow compliance and authorization requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of medical office experience.
  • Knowledge of radiology procedures, insurance, scheduling, and medical terminology.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate between multiple software systems, experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience with remote work.
